About Aaron Potts
I am a good old-fashioned family man who believes in working hard, staying healthy, and enjoying life. Over the last 40+ years I have accumulated a lot of skills and experience, and I share that with others through high quality products, services, coaching, friendship, and guidance.
I enjoy all of the "work" that I do, including fitness coaching, creating & maintaining blogs, labor services, and being a proud soldier in the Florida Air National Guard.
The work that I do for other people (listed above and in the sidebar) is done professionally, affordably, and with the highest possible work ethic. I believe in providing a lot of value for my customers and making sure that they are 100% satisfied with the products and services that I provide.
I believe in the concept of "spreading the wealth" - in other words, sharing what you know with others. I may not be a rocket scientist, but I am pretty good at the things that I do know, and I have found that most people can benefit from my knowledge in one way or another.
