The first time I ever heard the phrase "Success is something you attract by the person you become", I knew that they were words to live by. In today's world, it is very easy to get caught up in our own individual needs and desires for success, when in truth, it is by helping others that we become truly successful!

Over the years I have tried my very best to help others, but to also enjoy my own life along the way. A MUCH easier thing to say than to actually do, and the attempt has caused me to pursue many different paths, different careers, and different "life plans". To my friends, family, customers, and even potential customers, this causes confusion - to say the least!

So, in an effort to keep everyone informed and up to date - especially MYSELF - I have put together this site where both a historical perspective as well as a future outlook can be found. I'm really not one to give up on anything, so most of the things that I have been involved with over the years are still a part of my life in some small way, and evidence of some of those things can be found here on this site.

I have tried to keep things as short and to the point as possible. The purpose of this site is to INFORM, not to confuse! There are 6 main categories that describe most of the things that I do, or that I have been involved with in the past. They include: About Me, Web Design, Tahitian Noni, Health & Fitness, Pictures, and of course, the Blog.

It is my intention to keep this site updated very regularly, although I will not ask you to return here any more often than you wish to. However, if you will put your name and email address in the box on the right-hand side of the page, I will make it easy for you to stay up to date! Whenever I add anything of consequence to this site (or to my life!), I will send an email to everyone on that distribution list. Also, over at the Blog, you can subscribe to get updates as well.

So, that is about it for now! This site is for everyone who knows me. It is neither a strictly personal site, nor is it a strictly professional site. I am involved in many things that range from quality time with family and friends all the way up through being a self-admitted workaholic!
